Alan Turing pardoned posthumously — this is way overdue

Finally, an attempt to correct a gross injustice:

• Royal pardon for codebreaker Alan Turing (BBC News);
• U.K. finally pardons computer pioneer Alan Turing (USA Today)

Far too little, far too late.  Still, it’s welcome.
